Welcome to Gray Road Baptist Church!
We are a multigenerational church on the south side of Indianapolis committed to the authority and sufficiency of Scripture. We believe that God exists and reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
What to Expect
On Sunday morning, our service is marked by singing praise to God, corporate prayer, and a sermon that explains and applies God's Word to life. During the service, we also have a nursery for babies and age-appropriate classes for kids up through 4th grade.

While we should wear clothes that are appropriate and modest, dress is not our primary concern. Some folks wear jeans, while others are dressed in business casual attire.

We are not as focused on the style of music as we are on the substance. We sing songs that reflect biblical truth and exalt God for who He is and what He has done for us in Christ. This includes older and modern hymns, as well as contemporary praise.

We typically teach and preach from the English Standard Version of the Bible. If you need it, there are some ESV Bibles available to use in our pews.

We have a nursery and preschool classes every Sunday. For those in elementary school, they join us to sing praise every week and are dismissed to go to Kids Church. On the first Sunday of each month, these elementary school kids stay for the full service.

We celebrate communion, or the Lord's Supper, on the first Sunday of each month. All who are trusting in Christ as Savior and Lord are welcome to participate.
